Our contract experience ranges from:
- Traditional JCT contracts where we are retained as the Client's Architects throughout.
- Traditional Design and Build Contracts where we are employed as Client's Architect up until Stage C or Stage E and in some instances Stage F1 and then novated over to the successful Contractors Team to complete the Build.
- Design and Build Contracts where we are working as Design adviser for a Contractor; either where the Contractor has already been appointed, or where a tender bid is being submitted.
- Architects working as part of Offsite Construction Contractor's Team.
We have over fifteen years experience working as Architects for an Offsite Construction Contractor delivering Schools, Sixth Form Centres and Academies less traditionally, this method of construction means that we can cut the design and delivery period for a new School by anything from six months to up to one year. This is becoming a more favoured method of delivering educational projects faster and in some cases to a reduced construction budget. (This method of construction also lends itself to Student Accommodation, Healthcare and Commercial Office Construction).
We are on the Shared Business Services [SBS] Construction Consultancy Framework.
