Unless otherwise agreed, these terms of business apply to any future instructions from you.
Your continued instructions will amount to your acceptance of these terms and conditions of business.

The conditions set out on the attached represent our Contract Terms and Conditions of Appointment and apply to All RIBA Proffessional Services contracts we use.

Along with the Client Care letter and accompanying documents, [issued in parts]forn the basis of the Conditions of Engagement between us.

Domestic

This contract is issued where the dwelling is for Owner Occupation. Where the dwelling is for sale, or there are multiple dwellings to be constructed as a development, then the Concise or Standard contract woudl be used dependant on the scale of development

Concise

Concise

This contract is issued where the project is not Domestic and up to £3m in construction value

Standard

Standard

This contract is issued where the project is not Domestic and in excess of £3m in construction value

Principal Designer

Principal Designer

The Principal Designer Schedule of Services is issued separatly with the Concise and Standard Contracts, and issued as a follow on integral part to the Deomestic contract, as services are much more simplified.

Payment Terms

Payment shall become due on issue of our Application for Payment/Invoice and the final date for payment shall be:-

• 7 days for contracts less than £100,000 in construction value and all Domestic extensions.
• 14 days for contracts of less than ££250,000 in construction value, and all Domestic new dwellings
• 21 days for contracts of in excess of ££250,000 in construction value.
• 28 days for contracts in excess of £2m in construction value.

Calculated from the date of issue of Application for payment/invoices (not receipt of invoice).
The payment terms will be clearly stated on any invoice.
