Background
bpArchitecture were appointed by our Client to design a single storey extension to the rear of their dwelling to provide an additional bedroom for an elderly relative and utility room .
Solution
A large single storey extension was provided, requiring a neighbour consultation application [greater than 4m in depth.]
A feature corner window was included to provide good views of the garden from the bed position. Patio doors with side screen were included to provide good view of the garden in front ot the bed, with rooflights above
A utility room and ensuite bathroom was incorporated in the back of the exisitng garage to complete the project.
Planning was approved in December 2017.
