We have undertaken a number of commisions for Private Clients over the years, these range from:-

- Alterations, refurbishment and Extensions to Listed Dwellings ( we also work on Commercial Listed Buildings in all sectors, and provide a range of services)
- Alterations and reconfiguration of dwellings with a historic past
- Extensions to everyday detached and semi detached properties
- Alterations to detached and Semi detached properties.
- Whole house or one floor reconfiguration to detached and semi detached properties
- Design proposals for individual rooms
- New Sun Rooms, or replacement of conservatories with thermal structure
- Interior Alterations proposals to provide Design Guidance and help with a 'What Can I Do ',
'I Would Like to alter my house, but dont know How, or What to do' - Whole house refurbishment
- Grand Designs - that involved design of kitchen and dining to accomodate 24 covers, 2 bedrooms per floor with bespoke ensuite bathrooms, reinstatment and replacement timber wall paneling to lounge, snug, sitting room and bedrooms, secret panels to provide access to staff quarters, separate mews staff apartments, bullet proof glass in the windows.
- Extension to existing semi rural residence (with a 'significant' past) to provide new swimming pool, sauna, jaccuzzi and gymnasium annexe
- Alterations to bespoke residences to provide new bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, new courtyard gardens, bespoke glazing and garden rooms

For our projects involving more than one dwelling or where private Clients wish to build new dwellings for sale have a look at our commerical residential development experience.
We also provide complimentary services that include:-
- Issuing initial Party Wall notices - where there is a dispute we would refer you to a Party Wall Surveyor
- Liaising with Water Authorities in relation to Build Over Agreements/diversion of sewers
- We can also provide proposals where you need plans for alterations to access points and highway liaison. - see external works
- We can provide proposals to improve the access to a dwelling or parking provision, we have put together a number of these schemes on sloping sites.
- We provide landscape and external works proposals where we are working on the dwelling.
- We can put you in contact with a Landscape Consultant, and a Garden Designer who can provide you with one off landscape service.
- We no longer get involved in smaller 'one off' landscape proposals or garden design,
- We do not get involved in landscape proposals where we have been involved in alterations to the dwelling or designing new dwellings.
- We do landscape layouts for properties we are appointed to do Full Arhcitectural works on, or recommend a Landscape Architect we work with.
Where the Title of the project appears in grey below, we have not had chance to put together the Case Study yet, we are working on these to show the variety of work we get involved on. Many of our Clients like to see what we ahve done in the past.
