Design and Build Service - Client Team and Novated Services

We regularly work on Design and Build Contracts – from inception to completion or providing a Partial Service.

For this type of service we are often appointed as part of the Client Team using individual appointments or part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team from RIBA Stages 1 to 3 and in some instances Stage 1 to 4A. After which the project would be tendered and once a price was agreed with a Contractor the Architect and other members of the Design Team would be novated to the Contractor under a Design and Build contract to complete the design and works on site.
